my story
When I was in my teens I took bodybuilding and after a few years began competing. A typical year made me gain fifty pounds or more in the offseason by eating a lot of food and diet and lose 50 pounds in the coming months, while preparing for the competition. After doing this for six years, I stopped competing in bodybuilding. During the following years, I continued to gain 50 pounds a year, and then go on a diet and lose all or most of it in the coming months. I became an expert and gain weight and lose weight. I became a qualified diet person. You might lose weight on the Atkins, Stillman, Scarsdale or any other plan. I was master of low-calorie, low fat and low in carbohydrates.
